Aihua America, Inc. was officially formed as the US sales and marketing arm of Beijing AIHUA, a chinese lamp manufacturer, in April, 2005.
Bohemia, NY, June 24, 2005 --(PR.com)-- AIHUA America, Inc. (AAI), the newly formed independent North American operation for AIHUA Beijing New Lighting, completed its formation, effective April 2, 2005.
Beijing AIHUA New Enterprise Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. located in Beijing, Peoples Republic of China, announced the opening of its North American sales and marketing office. The addition of this new location will better support the expansion of the company and its products. Beijing Aihua was very pleased that N. Wayne Bailey agreed to join us as President of AIHUA America, Inc. with a new facility located in Bohemia, NY. His considerable sales management skills will be a critical element in building our market share in North America.
