Wolfe Named Sonitrol Pacific Employee of the Month

Everett, WA, September 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Sound Security Board of Directors values what Salena Wolfe contributes to the organization’s culture and success and named her the Sonitrol Pacific August Employee of the Month.

With a focus on what is best for Sonitrol Pacific clients, team members and the company, Salena is the queen of volunteering. She accepts new projects, tackles new assignments, and keeps her eyes open for new ways to save time, money or both. And, she does it with a great attitude and a smile.

In her nomination of Salena, Michelle Evans wrote the words “volunteers/volunteered/volunteering” six times along with all her other reasons. Salena’s willingness to raise her hand and accept additional responsibilities is greatly appreciated. Just a few recent examples include working with the uniform company and operators to coordinate ordering, organizing and cleaning of the Operations Center uniforms; taking bids, interviewing and calling references of janitorial companies; filling in as an operator as needed; tracking apprehensions for SPIN and the national record; helping coordinate and plan the Puget Sound summer picnic; and color coding installation events on the service and installation calendar.

Salena’s attention to saving company resources yields ongoing benefits. Due to her investigative work, the Everett office saves $150.00 each month with a new janitorial service. By working with Heather Rosenthal and newly hired Everett team members to schedule New Employee Orientation via video conference, time and money are saved.

While Salena’s willingness to volunteer for projects and her proactive work to conserve company resources are greatly valued, what stands out the most is her positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with and the leadership and employees of Sonitrol Pacific appreciate her smile.
