They Threw a Tiz and You Missed It (Tiz Networking)
Tiz Networking threw their first networking event at "101 Ocean" of Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida. This press release describes the success of the first event and gives info on future Tiz networking events in South Florida.
Lauderdale by the Sea, FL, September 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- “101 Ocean” of Lauderdale by the Sea was buzzing with professionals of all ages while the first Tiz networking event was held from 6:30pm-8:30pm on September 15, 2009. Tiz, created by Jacquelyn Burbank and Thayer Nagib with the help of numerous other business professionals known to its creators, is a new host of networking events in South Florida. Their primary focus is helping business professionals of all ages and statuses to connect with one another in order to produce growth and productivity amongst these individuals and their professions via networking.
Attendees were urged to leave their business cards at the sign in table, then welcomed to enjoy a drink and appetizers on Tiz. Upon entering the room, attendees were immediately greeted with the enthusiastic faces of other business oriented people of all sorts of professions ready to rub elbows. The venue was filled with professionals from the insurance industry to yacht groups to business solution companies, and included persons with such titles as president, director and owner (amongst numerous other titles and industries).
In the future, Tiz would like to progressively evolve into a networking host whose events differentiate from most others in that they not only involve the big wigs, but also a large variety of varying groups including celebrities, sports guests, politicians, entertainers, small business owners and the entrepreneurs, amongst others.
According to the attendee exit surveys, by and large the first Tiz event held at “101 Oceans” was considered not only to be a blast, but also a resourceful success. “It was tiz-tastic,” exclaimed Jacquelyn Burbank quite excitedly, one of the founders of Tiz networking.
