Mr. Wang is joining a prestigious roster of speakers that includes experienced executives, experts and practitioners from leader organizations such as China Opportunity Acquisition Corp., GE China, Amherst Partners, Beyondbond, InterChina Consulting, Kurt Salmon Associates and Columbia Business School, among others.

Mr. Wang was most recently a Managing Director and Co-Head of Collins Stewart's China banking group. Previously he was at Merriman Curhan Ford & Co. where he co-lead the firm‘s China banking initiative. Formerly, he was a Director in Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.'s investment banking group where he focused on advising middle market Chinese companies seeking to participate in the U.S. capital markets. Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Mr. Wang was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Peter J. Solomon Company. In 1998, he founded and served as Chief Financial Officer of RetailCo Inc., a leading sports retailer based in Shanghai with over 300 employees and 50 stores across China. RetailCo's primary assets were successfully sold in 2006 to a Hong Kong listed footwear retailer. Mr. Wang began his career in restructuring and investment banking in New York with Arthur Andersen LLP and Barington Capital Group, L.P., respectively. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
