Seneca High School Principal Inducted into Seneca Rotary

Seneca, SC, October 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Seneca Rotary Club President Ben Smith is proud to announce the induction of new member Cliff Roberts. Mr. Roberts was inducted into the club on Thursday, September 17th. He was sponsored into the club by Andy Inabinet, Chairman of the Oconee County School Board.

Mr. Roberts has served as the Principal of Seneca High School since July 2008. He earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2001 from North Greenville College and his secondary certification in special education and school leadership from Furman University in 2006. Before coming to Seneca, Mr. Roberts was the assistant principal of Blue Ridge High School in the Greenville County public school system. Prior to serving in the post, Roberts was administrative assistant at Greer Middle School and a social studies teacher at that same school.

The Seneca Rotary Club is a perfect fit for Mr. Roberts. The main focus of the club projects and fund raisers is to benefit area schools and children. The Seneca Rotary Club is made up of Seneca Area business people and community members who are working together to make Seneca a better place to live.
