New York City, NY, October 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- GoldenNetworking.com’s Middle East Leaders Forum 2009 (http://www.MiddleEastLeadersForum.com), October 22nd, New York City, will feature a prestigious lineup of speakers and panelists that includes Mahmoud Salem, Head of Depositary Receipts for the Middle East at The Bank of New York Mellon, Mohannad Aama, Managing Director, Beam Capital Management, LLC, and Ahmed Fattouh, CEO, Baron Group Holdings, among other executives.

Mr. Salem works within the Global Issuer Services sector responsible for new business development, specializing in Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) for Issuers from the Middle East/Gulf region. As the Head of Depositary Receipts, he helped numerous companies and financial institutions from the Middle East and Africa structure and execute IPOs, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions involving GDRs. Mr. Salem also played an integral role in the development of Dubai International Financial Exchange (DIFX), pioneering the DR structure for DIFX listings and capital raisings, and executing the first ever IPO on DIFX in September 2005. Mr. Salem was responsible for implementing many complex IPOs and secondary offerings in the region, including Investcom, Telecom Egypt, Bank Muscat, and BLOM. He has also completed NYSE and NASDAQ listings for a number of foreign Issuers including Anglogold, Harmony, Sasol, and Sappi. Furthermore, he helped structure some of the largest acquisitions in region, including MTN’s acquisition of Investcom and Weather Capital’s acquisition of Wind in Italy. Mr. Salem received his BA and MBA degrees from Rutgers University.

Mr. Aama founded and registered Beam Capital Management, LLC as a Registered Investment Advisor; he developed and managed core investment strategies including the Beam Capital Management MultiCap Value Portfolio (BCM MVP), an all-cap long-short opportunistic equity trading portfolio. Mr. Aama has appeared on international media outlets (PBS, CNBC, Alarabiya, LBC, France 24 and others) to discuss his views and outlook for the global economy and financial markets, and is member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Bankers Association of North America, ABANA. Mr. Aama has a BA from Brooklyn College and an MBA from the University of Rochester's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Fattouh founded in 1998 Baron Advisors LLC, an M&A advisory boutique which has executed transactions both in the United States and the Middle East. He is also the President of Landmark Advisors LLC, an alternative investment management firm managing a number variety of specialized hedge fund and fund of funds products, as well as Globalist Capital Management Ltd., its affiliate focused on emerging markets including the Middle East. Prior to this, Mr. Fattouh was in Private Equity at Investcorp and Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley Mergers & Acquisitions group.
