Powerful New Guided Relaxation CD from Toronto Holistic Health Educator Evelyn Ennor Helps Restore Calm and Balance

Toronto, Canada, October 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- When life presents too many demands, it’s easy to get stressed. And when that happens, our productivity and well-being suffer. But there is something you can do to alleviate the harmful effects.

“We’re not designed to work non-stop,” says Toronto-based holistic health educator Evelyn Ennor. “In fact, the body has a powerful ability to provide the guidance needed to achieve vibrant health. We need to learn to calm and listen to the body’s messages.”

Evelyn has just released a powerful new audio CD that will help restore your sense of calm and balance. The 65-minute CD takes you through two gently-guided visualizations and a muscle tension release exercise.

Each visualization lasts approximately 20 minutes. ‘Sea Breezes’ guides you along a meandering trail that overlooks the sea while ‘The Secret Garden’ immerses you in the tranquillity of a flower garden in full bloom. The final exercise is a progressive relaxation that alternately tightens and loosens tense muscles.

The relaxation CD retails for CDN$23.00 and can be purchased at www.evelynennor.com.

Since 2002, Evelyn has taught hundreds of wellness workshops to corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. Participants have been as diverse as Health Canada, ChaptersIndigo Books, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and the Ontario Securities Commission, to name only a few.

Workshops she has facilitated focus on ways to manage stress. Subjects include meditation; conscious breathing; pursuing your life passion; energy boosters; calming strategies; developing positive relationships; attracting success; achieving satisfying sleep; and mastering your relationship with money.

Evelyn is also a certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that calms the mind and boosts body energy.

Evelyn has an extensive background in education and wellness. Her resume includes 15 years as a university Career Centre director and counsellor. She has also experienced a wide range of approaches to preventative healthcare as part of a lifelong commitment to healthy living.

She attributes a trek on the 800-km historic pilgrims’ path across northern Spain as a lifechanging event that guided her towards her present vocation. A love of adventure travel has also taken her along Peru’s famed Inca Trail to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu.
