Don Butler Will Help Business Owners Overcome Their Challenges and Achieve Goals as an ActionCOACH

Don Butler’s ability to form relationships with people and skills attained from previous coaching roles influenced his decision to join ActionCOACH.

Las Vegas, NV, October 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Don Butler had worked for 25 years for a major Australia Bank. For several of those 25 years, he coached Bank Managers.

After leaving the bank, he worked briefly in management roles for the meat industry, auto industry, and as a public servant for the Federal Government. But while in those positions, he missed being able to advise and mentor others.

“I enjoy being able to share my knowledge and experiences with others to guide them and help them overcome challenges and to achieve their goals,” Butler said.

When he heard about ActionCOACH, he believed it was his chance at leaving the corporate world behind and doing what he always wanted to do – be a coach.

“I wish I had heard of ActionCOACH and Brad Sugars years ago, although I believe that now is the right time for me to join the company,” he said. “After 25 years I was certainly ‘over’ the corporate world. My family has always had a ‘game plan’ for our future and a lot of what we were already doing was being reinforced by the ActionCOACH principles and systems. It seemed like a natural progression for me, and my wife and family are fully supportive of the challenges and rewards that lay ahead.”

Butler said for about 18 months now he had been taking note of every business he entered as a customer, and often saw things that business owners could improve upon or change to benefit themselves. Now that he is an ActionCOACH, he is in a position to help them improve their business.

“I believe my previous coaching experience and life skills place me in a good position to assist business owners,” Butler said. “What excites me about ActionCOACH is being able to help business owners remove the stress that the day-to-day running of their business can bring as well as being an independent sounding board and an extra set of eyes to help them out.”

“I believe I have a sound ability to form relationships with people from varied backgrounds,” he added. “I have a sound understanding of banking and finance and associated industries. My extensive management experience for small, medium and large businesses will also give me a better understanding of the challenges facing business owners and upper management.”
