FlexPrint II In-line Flexographic Printer for 2 Color Printing on Horizontal Form-fill-seal Packaging Machines

FlexPrint II for two color printing on all Horizontal form, fill and seal machines such as Multivac, Tiromat, Doyen Medipharm and Mahaffy & harder.

Pine Brook, NJ, July 16, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Bell-Mark introduces the FlexPrint II for two color printing on all Horizontal form, fill and seal machines such as Multivac, Tiromat, Doyen Medipharm and Mahaffy & harder.

Our patented geared “S” wrap drive, along with our Servo motor controls, allows for cycle’s speed up to 35 cpm with no stress on package seals. The printer utilizes a central impression cylinder, and two print cylinders. One axima controller monitors the servo motor using registration of +1-1/32 of an inch. When the drive senses that the packaging machines are pulling the film, the printing process commences. When the printing cycle ceases, the encoder signals the print cylinders to return to their starting position.

Maglock printing plates, mounted on the printing cylinders offer quick message changes. The FlexPrint II features our enclosed doctor blade ink system providing the highest quality printing of fine text and bar codes with no loss of ink viscosity.

The Ink Management System designed specifically for the FlexPrint II,(IMS-II), uses a hands off approach to pumping ink and cleaner which makes use of our disposable half gallon ink cartridges. The FlexPrint II is ideal for high quality printing on Tyvek, paper and all poly films found in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. All Bell-Mark inks for the FlexPrint II can withstand both steam and gamma sterilization.
