With Stamford Homes You Can Save Thousands on a New Home in Leicestershire

The January sales have begun in Leicestershire, with savings to suit everyone when it comes to buying a new home.

Peterborough, United Kingdom, January 07, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Stamford Homes’ Ashby Heights development in Coalville is gearing up for a New Year of incentives and special offers to help curb the cost of moving – whether you are a first time buyer, key worker or looking to re-locate or move within the area.

Ashby Heights is currently offering a selection of three and four-bedroom homes in a range of semi-detached terraced and detached styles.

Prices start from £169,995 and many of the latest phase of homes are due for completion next Spring/Summer.

However, with the Government’s HomeBuy Direct shared equity scheme now running until September 2010, customers have more time to take advantage of the cost-curbing incentive.

Homebuy Direct allows customers to own 100 per cent of their new home, but pay just 70 per cent of the price.

In simple terms, the Government and Stamford Homes will each provide up to 15 per cent of the shared equity, with the balance being mortgageable through many major lenders – and with the possibility of no or little deposit to pay.

Stamford Homes marketing manager Juliana Russell said: “We have some fantastic new homes at our Coalville development, and the extension of the HomeBuy Direct scheme means even more people can buy a brand new home at a price they can afford.”

However, for those who have an existing home to sell there is the Stamford Homes part exchange scheme.

Under the scheme, Stamford Homes will obtain two independent valuations on a customer’s behalf and make an offer on the average valuation of the home – taking the hassle out of the moving process.

Ashby Heights itself is perfectly positioned close to the local primary school and town centre, and many of the new homes will enjoy extensive views across parkland and playing fields.

These will range in style from coach house apartments to trendy townhouses, terraced and detached homes. The mix offers something for everyone looking to move to a relaxed environment, where the designs will suit both traditional and more contemporary housing tastes.
