He regularly advises clients concerning transactional matters, regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues. Mr. del Hierro has more than 20 years of experience in representing banks, investment banks and institutional lenders in connection with transactional aspects of financial services law, including counseling institutions in capital formation transactions, mergers and acquisitions and complex financings. He also has significant experience representing private equity and other investors in both control and non-control investments in financial institutions, and advises some of the largest banks in the United States in the design and development of capital-qualified debt and equity securities. Mr. del Hierro's representative clients have included JPMorgan Chase and U.S. Bank, among others. In addition to practicing law, he is a frequent speaker at schools and seminars for bankers, bank counsel, regulators and accountants and has been a visiting lecturer at Chicago-Kent College of Law graduate program in financial services law.
