A licensed California attorney, Mr. Zahm earned a B.A. at Colorado College (cum laude), a JD at Stanford Law School and an MBA at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Mr. Zahm is a member of: California State Bar Association, Financial Institutions Committee (Chair); California State Bar Association, Real Estate Finance Committee (Member); San Francisco Bank Attorneys Association; National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the California Mortgage Association (Committees: Fund Management, Construction Lending).
