Smart Moms Helps Workers and Businesses Compete in Tough Market

Smart Moms, the company known for successfully matching candidates with jobs is providing virtual computer training to help workers and business owners compete in today's tough job market.

Cary, NC, March 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Smart Moms® and L. Stephens and Associates have joined forces to provide Virtual Computer Classes designed to benefit comeback moms, executive/administrative assistants and business owners. This joint venture is focused on helping participants prepare for employment and remain employed in today’s highly competitive marketplace.

The series of webinars are planned to enable participation from home or office. Classes are taught by Lorraine Stephens, a well respected computer trainer and will cover specific features of Microsoft Excel 2003, Excel 2007 and Word 2007. Business owners are among those who will benefit from learning to fully utilize the features of these software products.

“We’ve tailored these classes to meet the needs of job seekers who recognize that they need to update their skills as well as for those currently working and want to be quicker and smarter using MS Word and Excel”, says Garla Smith, Smart Moms Owner. “We’ve also selected to work with a trainer who has received raves from our previous training participants”, Smith continued.

Early registration for individual classes is $69 until one week before each class when the fee will increase to $75. A package of three classes is $185. All classes are 60 minutes plus 15 minutes of Q&A. Participants will receive a reference manual containing information covered in the class. Classes are March 18th, March 25th, April 8th, April 25th, and May 6th. See website for details.
