Pierce Group Benefits Appoints Paula Mitchell as Service Specialist

Holly Springs, NC, March 12, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Donald Pierce, President of Pierce Group Benefits, a full service provider of employee benefits packages, has announced that Paula Mitchell has recently joined the team as service specialist. In this position, Mitchell provides phone support for Pierce Group Benefits’ North Carolina Service Center, assisting many of Pierce Group’s 140,000+ public sector employees each year. Mitchell is also responsible for educating employees on available benefits and enrolling individuals interested in benefits offered though their employer. Mitchell joined Pierce Group Benefits in October of 2009.

Previous to joining Pierce Group Benefits, Mitchell worked as a customer service representative and agent at Insurance Service Center in Apex, NC. In this role, she wrote personal lines policies, serviced and retained policies and performed reception work. Mitchell also gained experience as a receptionist and customer service representative at Michael Haller State Farm Agency, Powell and Powell Supply Co., Inc., and Edwards Brothers, Inc.
