Tampa, FL, March 20, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- The Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) has named eBridge Solutions as a finalist for their 2010 Best Places to Work competition. TBBJ chose 60 local finalists for this year’s competition and has sorted them into four categories based on number of employees. eBridge Solutions falls into the category with the most nominees – companies with 25 employees or less.
Companies were nominated by their employees. Finalists were chosen after employees voluntarily filled out anonymous surveys online with Quantum Market Research. Questions focused on areas like team effectiveness, trust with coworkers, feeling valued and people practices.
eBridge Solutions earned their spot as a finalist by offering great benefits to its employees, having a fun and family-type atmosphere in the office and by having an open-door policy that allows all employees to communicate freely with management and other coworkers.
“We have a great company here at eBridge because we all work extremely well together,” explains Leslie Haywood, CEO of eBridge Solutions, “No one feels that their job is more valued than others and we all have a mutual respect for one another. It’s really like we are a family.”
The 2010 Best Places to Work ceremony will take place at the Lowry Park Zoo on Thursday, April 22, 2010. TBBJ will recognize all finalists on stage and then select the top three companies from each category. They will also announce the overall winner from all four categories.
