Toolmex Unveils New Elektrimax Premium Efficiency Motor Line

Toolmex Corporation announces that its newest motor offering, Elektrimax Premium Efficiency General Purpose motors, are now available in the United States, and are designed to meet the NEMA Premium Efficiency requirements outlined in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.

Schaumburg, IL, May 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Toolmex Corporation announced today that its newest motor offering, Elektrimax® Premium Efficiency General Purpose motors, are now available in the US. Designed to meet the NEMA Premium Efficiency requirements as outlined in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, the latest line of motors from Toolmex take the company’s longstanding commitment to value one step further by offering substantial energy savings coupled with the incredible versatility, quality and performance that distinguishes Toolmex from the motor industry herd.

“All of us at Toolmex are excited for this new phase in motors, and the environmental responsibility we have to become more energy efficient,” said Jay Service, National Sales Manager, Toolmex Corporation. “And, we are confident that we have met the challenge with an exceptional Premium Efficient motor that offers our customers the best value in the industry, coupled with the best customer support and security that only we, 40 year motor veterans, could deliver.”

Built better with more materials, Elektrimax Premium Efficiency motors from Toolmex save on energy and last longer with reduced downtime, saving users money during operation and by reducing the likelihood of replacement years later. Available from 1-250HP, Premium GP motors also include extra premium-grade features built in as-standard to extend the motor’s life and performance.

Oversized bearings on both motor drive ends gives Elektrimax Premium Efficiency users peace-of-mind with the added strength to boost what is traditionally accepted as the weakest point of any motor, while its rigid cast iron construction including oversized junction box offers additional space for connection and security against cracks.

All motors utilize state-of-the-art vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) to keep electrical components cool and protected, thereby increasing the electrical performance of Toolmex Premium GP motors. More effective than the standard resin used by other manufacturers, the VPI process used on Elektrimax Premium GP motors improves heat dissipation and protects against wire to wire vibration damage during inverter applications.

Elektrimax Premium GP motors also feature a high quality epoxy coating to repel rust and chipping, which prevents corrosion and wear far better than the standard enamel used by other manufacturers. Together with its IP55 sealing protection against water and dust, users can trust Toolmex to provide an exceptional quality motor built for a wide range of environments and industrial applications.
