Lucernex Technologies Hires Director of Business Development
George Gallagher will drive sales of real estate intelligence software to western United States
Dallas, TX, May 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lucernex Technologies, a developer of business intelligence software for real estate management and development, announced today that it has hired George Gallagher as director of business development. In this position, Gallagher will oversee sales of the Lucernex suite of Location Performance Management solutions to corporate and retail real estate executives in the western United States.
Gallagher joins Lucernex with over 25 years of blended experience in sales, commercial real estate and technology. He was previously the national director of sales for Compendia, Inc., a provider of information solutions for homebuilders and homeowners. From 2004 – 2006, he was vice president for Fraser Williams Americas, a firm specializing in corporate real estate database services. While there, Gallagher facilitated a major merger that grew the company into one of the largest corporate real estate-focused software firms. Prior to that, he served as a vice president for commercial real estate information services’ provider COMPS.com, and after the company was acquired by CoStar Group, Inc. in 2000, Gallagher led the integration of the two companies’ product lines and went on to fill various sales and director roles at CoStar Group until 2004.
At Lucernex, Gallagher will focus on the western United States and will be responsible for driving sales of Lx IWMS, Lucernex’s affordable integrated workplace management system; Lx Contracts, Web-based lease administration and rent accounting from the creator of SLIM; and Lx LseMod, the market leader in site selection and portfolio optimization financial analysis solutions for corporate and commercial real estate.
