Oxford, United Kingdom, June 24, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- One of the leading vendors of used vans in the UK announces the birth of baby Charlie, the second son of Sales Director Simon Joyce. The family–run business was founded by Graham Joyce twenty years ago, with all company directors being close family. Two of Graham's sons run the used van business with him, and there are hopes that the third generation of Joyce's will grow up to join the business too. "I'm delighted to announce the birth of Charlie," said Simon. "He was born in the small hours of May 30th, which was actually his due date, something I'm told is quite rare. I'm hoping that these early signs of good punctuality will continue!" Charlie Joyce was six pounds, ten ounces at birth and mother and baby are doing well.
"My first son, Jack, was born two years ago in the same week that Anchor Vans received the Van Dealer of the Year award for the second year running, and Charlie's arrival has brought back some happy memories," Simon commented. "We now have high hopes for both boys in the sales department but they'll have to start in the valeting department just like I did 18 years ago. Perhaps they'll follow their Uncle Greg into vehicle servicing, as he's the director of the servicing department. Only time will tell."
