CED Board Re-Elects HPG Partner for Third Term

Hughes Pittman & Gupton partner Brooks Malone has been re-elected to the CED board of directors.

Malone currently serves on the organization’s development and audit committees.

Malone has more than 20 years of public accounting experience. He has been with HPG since 1990, becoming partner in 1997. Malone co-leads the HPG knowledge-based industries practice team and concentrates on financial reporting, business consulting and financial planning for the firm.

“Working with such a distinguished group of industry leaders is a rewarding process,” says Malone. “I am eager to begin my third term with the CED and help drive the entrepreneurial spirit in the area.”

Consistently going above and beyond his expected role, Malone has been honored with the CED’s Outstanding Service to Entrepreneurs Award in 2008, was the winner of the Board Membership Drive in 2008 and was the winner of the Board Sponsorship Drive in 2007.
