"The success of our enterprise, Meridian Biz Management has encouraged us to provide better service and confidence to conduct business with our clients, hence, MBizM Sdn Bhd was incorporated within the Malaysian Companies Act of 1965," says Dr. Satnam Singh who is the Managing Director of MBizM Sdn Bhd.

MBizM Sdn Bhd's CEO, Mr. Harbans Singh stated that "Sdn Bhd stands for Sendirian Berhad in Malaysian language that actually means a private company limited by shares.
