TREC Global has added the whole 6th floor of Hanston Bldg., which is along Ortigas Center, the premier business district in the Philippines. The approximate 675 square meters, 500 seat expansion was necessary to meet the growing needs of its clients and the strong demand for call center services from the Philippines.
The expansion reflects the strength of the company and the popularity of the Philippines as a source of call center agents with world-class English speaking skills and a college education. “This additional capacity will allow us to expand our current customer’s programs and give us room to add new customers, says Tom Reilly, Vice President of Operations.”
