B-TEK Scales Works with Pittsburgh and Sarver Pennsylvania Brechbuhler Branches to Install Scale at Allegheny Minerals

Canton, OH, September 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- B-TEK Scales, LLC worked directly with Brechbuhler Scales’ Pittsburgh and Sarver Pennsylvania branches to manufacture and install an MSHA compliant truck scale, complete with bolt on site sight rails.

Allegheny Mineral Corp is a private company categorized under Asphalt Mining and Bituminous Stone Quarrying and located in Harrisville, PA. This particular scale was installed in Worthington, PA.

B-TEK Scales delivered the scale at the location and assembled the scale on site. Bolt on sight rails were attached to help guide the trucks across the digital scale's steel deck. The elevated piers and new foundation was completed by Brechbuhler Scales as well. Turn-key solutions are a strength of the Brechbuhler Scales and B-TEK Scales relationship.

The truck scale will weigh the dump trucks after loaded with the aggregate from various locations in the mine. The scale is 72’ x 11’ and has a 200,000 lb gross with a 100,000 lb CLC capacity.
