Pedersen & Partners, the leading international executive search firm, has recently expanded to Nigeria and has appointed Chinedu Duru as Country Manager, based in Lagos. This move is in alignment with the firm’s strategy to grow in the African continent, and Lagos is the second office opening after Johannesburg, South Africa.

Previously, Duru was Managing Consultant at an international executive search firm in Nigeria and previously, he headed the Abuja and Northern Nigeria operations of an HR firm in Africa with presence in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana. Duru holds an MBA in Management from the Abia State University and a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria.
