Computer Classes for Children, Older Kids and Adults Now Available as Computykes Computer Center Announces Its Fall Lineup

Computykes expands its operations to offer computer classes for older children and adults, as well as individual academic and computer tutoring.

Red Bank, NJ, August 26, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Computykes Computer Center in Shrewsbury, NJ announced the availability of their Fall schedule this week.

Computykes offers Imagine Tomorrow® Computer Classes for Kids which combines a fun learning adventure with sophisticated technology concepts in a creative way that teaches children to use computers as a tool for learning. Children work on their own computers using Imagine Tomorrow® software that is custom built for each lesson and dynamically adjusts to each child's academic and technical ability levels.

In addition to Imagine Tomorrow® Computer Classes for Kids, Computykes is also launching a pilot program of classes designed for older children, ages 8-12. These classes are designed to help older kids utilize sophisticated development tools to engage in activities such as video game and simulation creation, web design and more. Computykes will also provide classes for adults as well, offering instruction on such popular programs such as Microsoft Office. Computykes will utilize the vast educational experience of its Director of Education to offer custom developed academic and tutoring programs for children, covering topics ranging from reading and language arts to basic skills and more.

“Given the success of the launch of the Imagine Tomorrow® program at our center, we are responding to the many requests we have had to expand our offerings to older children and adults,” said Mike Lucich, Owner of Computykes. “Computykes is proud to offer a program for older children and adults that imparts a number of valuable computer and academic skills. With the additional emphasis on helping children and adults alike learn to use computers as a tool for learning, creative expression and productivity, there really is no program comparable to it in Monmouth County,” said Lucich.

Computykes is currently accepting enrollment for its school year classes. For more information on classes or enrollment, call 732.383.4246.
