Erie Regional Chamber & Growth Partnership Engages Search Firm to Recruit New President & Chief Executive Officer

Erie, PA, October 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Erie Regional Chamber & Growth Partnership (ERCGP) has begun the search for the Chamber’s next President & Chief Executive Officer. Jim Dible, the ERCGP’s current President & CEO, has served in the position since January of 2008 and has announced his retirement, effective in the first quarter of 2011 and once the new CEO is appointed.

Waverly Partners, LLC, has been retained as the executive search firm to recruit candidates to succeed Dible. Board Chair Russ Warner heads a five-member search committee that will work with Waverly Partners to identify qualified local, regional and national candidates. “We are open to executives with backgrounds in chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, business associations, other kinds of nonprofits, or those with private sector or related experience with a commitment to our mission of business advocacy and transformational initiatives in this region,” Warner said.
