)-- Groth Corporation and Continental Disc Corporation have opened a new manufacturing facility, Groth Continental Manufacturing Private Limited (GCMPL) in Ahmedabad, India.
This new plant will provide manufacturing capabilities for both Groth Corporation and Continental Disc Corporation portfolio products. All products produced at GCMPL will be manufactured in accordance with existing quality standards currently met by Groth Corporation and Continental Disc Corporation. GCMPL has recently completed the initial ISO 9001:2008 audit utilizing TUV SUD and is awaiting the final certificate.
Continental Disc Corporation’s President, Dave Brown, attended the grand opening celebration of Groth Continental Manufacturing Private Limited in Ahmedabad, India. Brown commented, “The opening of the manufacturing, sales and distribution center here in India represents a key milestone in our history that will enable us to provide our customers in this part of the world with shortened lead times and exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest and consistent quality standards that our customers have come to expect from Groth Corporation and Continental Disc Corporation.”
