Rogo Welcomes Ray Gross as New Board Member

Wilmington, NC, December 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Rogo, LLC, provider of Video Monitoring as a Service (VMaaS) solutions announced today the appointment of Ray Gross to its Board of Advisors.

Ray Gross has extensive experience in the telecommunications, facility services and security industries. Mr. Gross has held roles as Chairman, CEO, CFO, and Senior VP of Sales and Marketing with both public and private firms with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. As Senior Vice President of ADT Security Services, Ray was responsible for directing the residential business unit, corporate marketing and negotiation of strategic business alliances. During his tenure as President of Cellular One of Ohio the company was recognized as the best run cellular company by the Cellular Telephone Communications Association. Ray is currently a partner of Triton Value Partners a private equity and advisory firm, located in Roswell, Georgia.
