Local Hypnotist Offers Free Stress Relief Event to Raise Spirits During Unstable Holiday Season
A complimentary stress management class is being offered to the public as a why to decrease holiday anxiety and increase holiday enjoyment during a time of economic turmoil. The class is centered around the concept that people can reduce feelings of anxiety and worry if given the tools and taught how to use them in a simple to use format. This is an opportunity for people to learn simple, immediate, and easy to use steps to relieve the stress and anxiety they may be experiencing this holiday season. The cost of the workshop is free to the public. Donations of new unwrapped toys are being accepted for families in need.
