Joy brings a rich background in sales and marketing with 15 years in the media industry along with 5 years as a small business owner. As the former owner of Enjoy Tanning Studios in Blaine, she understands the challenges small business owners are currently face with today. Also, as a former ActionCOACH client she has experienced firsthand how her firm can truly help small business owners thrive in a difficult economy.
“I am excited to be able draw from my experiences as a small business owner along with the proven business coaching system of ActionCOACH to help other small business owners succeed” says Joy. In her new role as Marketing Director, Joy will be responsible for developing strategic alliance partnerships with other B2B businesses as well as lend her talents in sales and marketing to the firms over 100 small business clients.
“As an ActionCOACH client I learned how to manage systems to run my business so that I had more time to focus on growing the business and spending more time with my family,” Joy states. Joy recently sold Enjoy Tanning Studios to MTP Corporation who owns and operates Ultra Tan. Joy also states, “It was a good time to exit the business given it was experiencing 10 consecutive months averaging 16% revenue gains without my presence in the store which was largely due to the systems ActionCOACH helped me put in place.”
