Meet the Stars of SXSWi

Meet-Meme, Inc. revealed plans to bring their popular social trading cards to South by Southwest Interactive with a brand new game entitled Super Social Scavenger Hunt (http://www.meet-meme.com/sxsw).

Milwaukee, WI, March 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Meet-Meme, Inc. (http://www.meet-meme.com) revealed plans to bring their popular social trading cards to South by Southwest Interactive with a brand new game entitled Super Social Scavenger Hunt (http://www.meet-meme.com/sxsw).

The Super Social Scavenger Hunt game will be run from March 10 – March 14 in Austin, TX. Event attendees can download a checklist of who they can collect for a chance to win prizes at http://www.meet-meme.com/sxsw. Collectible cards are broken up into groups, featuring some of the most prolific social media companies and personalities. Players can collect one card from each group to win a year’s supply of their own Meet-Meme trading cards. Collecting all of the available cards will qualify users for a grand prize to be revealed at the event.

Aside from the list of Twitter names of each collectible card holder, players are left to their own devices to find these people, meet them, and get a card to add to their collection. While most of the collectable card holders are very public personas; easily located on Twitter, FourSquare, Plancast, Gowalla, and a variety of other social services; there’s no doubt some will be tricky to find.

Meet-Meme is also offering the public a limited edition “Austin” card theme just for the event. Players can get their own cards to trade and use in attempt to maximize their collections.

Meet-Meme is key sponsor of the Second Annual Milwaukee Beer Brat Bash party (http://mkesxsw.info), a Wisconsin style tailgate party held at The Cedar Door in downtown Austin during SXSWi. The Meet-Meme team invites all players to the prize ceremony to meet the team and show off their card collections.

About Meet-Meme
Meet-Meme social trading cards bridge a user's online and offline relationships. Each trading card tells a story about the individual and their evolving social media profile: stats, bio, networks, contact info, hobbies or even a favorite quote. Plus, a personalized URL and scannable QR Code are used to link others to the cardholder's entire digital footprint (social profiles, blogs, websites). It's simple: meet, scan and connect.
