CCS Training Announces Training Calendar for the Month of May


CCS Training announced the dates for the much awaited “Advanced Negotiation Workshop.” This two day workshop will be conducted on 13th & 14th May, 2011.

New Delhi, India, April 17, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Advanced Negotiation Workshop has been used by organizations like LG India, MPG, United Health Group, IFFCO, NRDC, and many more to help employees and managers get a comprehensive overview of negotiation. All topics covered are core to the understanding of the negotiation process and include: Decision-making and judgment, formulating deals, emotion and negotiation, motivation and game theory.

Learning Goals
This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of negotiation. All topics covered are core to the understanding of the negotiation process and include: Decision-making and judgment, formulating deals, emotion and negotiation, motivation and game theory. We help participants discover, learn and then incorporate the learning through extensive use of role plays, Game Theory, Simulations, Activities, Discussions and Case Studies.

In addition to an understanding of the negotiation process and concepts, the facilitators aim -to create tools that the participant can use in real life negotiations and not just in a classroom situation. The workshop helps the participant understand his negotiating style better and how to leverage his strengths. The workshop will be conducted on 13th & 14th May, 2011 at the Taj in New Delhi.

Who should attend?
Anyone, who conducts business negotiations,. Although, this workshop is principally designed for sales teams, account managers, buyers, HR teams, commercial finance teams it is equally beneficial for Managers with budgetary responsibility.

Faculty
This workshop will be led by their faculty that has managed businesses and sales functions from 7 to 35 years across sectors in India. The Faculty has a deep knowledge of business negotiation, sales and human behavior and has trained across Indian MNC businesses.
