The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled a Live Webcast “Corporate Governance Issues, Executive Compensation Disclosure and Related SRO Rules: A 2011 Update”

New York, NY, April 28, 2011 --( The Knowledge Group/The Knowledge Congress Live Webcast Series, the leading producer of regulatory focused webcasts, announced today that it has scheduled a live webcast entitled ““Corporate Governance Issues, Executive Compensation Disclosure and Related SRO Rules: A 2011 Update.” This two-hour event is scheduled on June 21, 2011 at 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM ET.

The enactment of the Dodd-Frank Act in July 2010 will have a far reaching impact on many firms. Some of the provisions of this law that will have the most significant impact on companies are: Sections 951, 952, and 953 which will influence how companies think about corporate governance, executive compensation disclosure and related self-regulatory organization (SRO) guidelines of companies.
