Royal Oaks Building Group Wins 2011 Company MAME Awards

Local Home Builder Recognized by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council for Excellence in Three Categories.

Raleigh, NC, May 01, 2011 --( Rich Van Tassel, President of Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC (, has announced that the company has been recognized with 2011 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards in the categories of Best General Brokerage/Agent Oriented Program, Best Merchandising for a Detached Home with a sales price of $175,000-$250,000 and Best Parade of Homes in the $175,001-$250,000 price range. The prestigious MAME awards applaud leaders in homebuilding who consistently demonstrate dedication to providing cutting edge industry solutions. Awards were presented by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association on April 7 at North Ridge Country Club in Raleigh. Royal Oaks’ list of achievements in 2011 thus far include the company’s expansion of building homes in five new residential neighborhoods, as well as several strategic additions to the firm’s staff to accommodate this growth.
