Helen Dratwa Joins Sandler Training at The Ruby Group

Former UPS Store Owner Becomes Sales Training Consultant and Firm’s Associate Partner

Cuyahoga Falls, OH, May 10, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Sandler Training® at The Ruby Group welcomes Helen Heffernan Dratwa to its sales management consulting team. Previously the owner of UPS Store franchises in North Canton and Massillon, Dratwa brings more than 30 years of sales, customer service and administrative experience to her new role as consultant and associate partner of Sandler Training at The Ruby Group.

Holly Rhoads, Ruby Group owner, is confident that clients will benefit from Dratwa’s well-honed customer-service, relationship-building and retention skills.

“Helen is an excellent manager of time, detail and people,” Rhoads says. “She also has a demonstrated history of developing relationship-centered businesses in new markets.”

As a consultant, Helen will be completing one on one coaching and strategic planning with small business owners. She will also be promoting The Ruby Group's complimentary programs (Free Talks, Executive Briefings, Networking Meetings), introductory program (Systematic Foundation), and on-going programs (President’s Club, Corporate Contracts) to prospective and existing clients.

The biggest project/initiative that she will be part of is implementing Sandler's Strategic Customer Care Program at The Ruby Group.

Prior to owning the UPS Store, Dratwa served as a corporate account manager for Cellular One (now Verizon Wireless), successfully negotiating long-term contracts and working as a problem-solving liaison between account executives and customers.

A Monroe Falls resident and member of the Cuyahoga Falls Executive Group, Women’s Network, the Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce, Silver Lake Garden Club, Silver Lake Country Club and St. Anthony’s Parish in Canton, she enjoys being a grandmother of three, as well as baking, cooking, golfing, interior design, gardening, writing and traveling.
