This blog is administered by Shirley Fine Lee. It is a way for business professionals to share ideas, tips, suggestions, inspirations, and expertise with others who want to become more effective and productive both personally and professionally. Topics on the blog have included: employee attitude, professional communication, customer service, leadership development, motivation techniques, team building, time management, training programs, and of course productivity improvement. Each year this blog marks the anniversary with a Constructive Comments Contest to increase expertise sharing with readers as extensions of the blogger’s postings. This is not a typical comment contest, which is usually to increase the volume of comments.
