)-- For the second consecutive year, Federico’s Supper Club has earned the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award with a 4-star rating in the restaurants category.
The award, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS), honors companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company’s CMUS Power Rating™. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.
Serving the Vancouver area for more than a decade, Federico’s Supper Club was established with the intent of reviving the days of dine and dance. Since then it has evolved into much more with authentic Italian cuisine, live music and entertainment ranging from comedy to international dance performances. “Our goal is to ‘transport’ guests with our style of cuisine, the retrospective music and the ‘feel good’ atmosphere of the supper club, which not many competitors can boast,” says Brunella Gaudio, general manager of Federico’s Supper Club.

In addition to receiving the Talk of the Town Award for two straight years, Federico’s Supper Club’s success has most recently been recognized by The Italian Chamber of Commerce, which presented the restaurant with “The Italian Quality Seal Certification,” a designation presented to restaurants around the world for excellence in authenticity, creativity and use of traditional ingredients in Italian cuisine. To date, only three restaurants in Vancouver have received this honor.
There are several key elements that have led Federico’s Supper Club to earn such high customer satisfaction marks.
