)-- Fanscape, the leading social media marketing agency, announces company expansion with the hire of industry veteran Jeffrey Kay as its new head of Business Development. Fanscape CEO, Larry Weintraub, delivers the announcement that also includes the opening of its new office in New York. Kay will head Fanscape’s New York office and will be responsible for generating new client relationships and new business for the agency.
In his role as Fanscape’s Vice President, Business Development, Kay is charged with moving the company forward by leading all new business strategy, developing new client relationships and growing business procurement. He is also responsible for the business development department that includes recently promoted Director, Business Development, Lisa Warnock, and Business Development Manager, Kate Rafferty.

Kay brings more than 20 years of marketing and business development experience to his new role at Fanscape. Before joining Fanscape Kay was a member of the executive management team with Eastwest Marketing Group where he helped guide the development of clients that included Kraft Foods, Post Foods, Wyndham Hotels, Universal Pictures and Warner Bros. Kay also founded and ran his own boutique agency, Performance Marketing Communications – leading marketing strategy for companies that included Motorola, Research In Motion (BlackBerry), Diageo, and NASCAR sponsorship programs for Wells Fargo Financial, Hawaiian Tropic and Smirnoff Ice.
