The UNC management development program spans four years and strives to extend the skills and knowledge of banking industry managers.

On Sunday, Aug. 7, Ruhmann taught concepts of situational leadership to freshman students, and on Thursday, Aug. 11, she will lead a class for junior students on the importance of self-awareness and leadership. Ruhmann is a graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking’s Mid-Management and Advanced Management programs.
