)-- This August Dr. Newton's Naturals celebrates Don Mallett’s one-year anniversary with the company as Inbound Sales Manager.
Mallett came to Dr. Newton’s with over 10 years of call center Sales, Collections and Customer Service experience. Previous leadership roles include being a Call Center Manager for the CCS Companies, HR Director at SellMyTimeShareNOW LLC and a Team Manager at Centerpoint Teleservices.
“Don is a huge asset to Dr. Newton’s. His ability to lead the Inbound Sales Team has been instrumental in moving Dr. Newton’s forward,” said Susan Lemieux, Director of Sales at Dr. Newton’s. “Don has the ability to mentor sales supervisors, improve performance and rollout new campaigns like I have never seen before. In addition to improved close rates, he has led the Inbound Sales Team to double-digit gains in cross sell rate, continuity rate, and average order value. A native of Somersworth NH, Mallett is a veteran of the US Army Military Police and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University.
