Next on the list, Duane Cashin's 10–11 a.m. seminar is focused on how to sell to “Prime Buyers," those hard-to-reach decision makers in each company on the lookout for solutions and rapid results.
The 11:15 a.m. seminar is the “Business Building Bootcamp,” which features a panel of business professionals who together have over 100 years experience with branding, marketing, sales, and social media, among other key areas. A fast, fun, and practical seminar with attendee participation encouraged, the “Business Building Bootcamp" will deliver concrete tips and strategies that business owners can implement immediately.
At 12:30 p.m., Ana Carril-Grumberg will present a seminar at the New York trade show on how using social media to promote volunteering work can lead to money-making clients. Carril-Grumberg will be speaking from personal experience; the filmmaker met Deepak Chopra, a major medical and spiritual figure, after tweeting about a pro-bono project she was working on. Chopra is now one of her biggest clients.
Rounding out the NY seminar presentations, Rob Basso of BassoOnBusiness.com will present a “Working Afternoon with Rob” from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The session will cover best business practices and effective strategies via engaging presentations designed to help motivate and support small businesses.
