Charlottesville, VA, September 16, 2011 --(PR.com
)-- Staunton Nissan, located in Staunton, VA, is hosting a valuable event for local parents on Saturday, September 17, 2011. The DNA LifePrint Child Safety Event, endorsed by John Walsh, will provide parents with the tools recommended by the FBI and Department of Justice to help keep children safe.
At the DNA LifePrint Event, parents will receive materials that will help increase the likelihood of quickly finding a child in the event that he or she became missing. These tools include a high resolution digital color photograph of the child, an easy-to-use home DNA identification kit, an FBI certified biometric 10 digit fingerprint profile, and a child safety journal, which will provide law enforcement officials with vital information about the child that will be needed immediately after that child is reported missing.
Parents will be allowed to take all materials home with them at no cost. There will also be no record of the visit on file.
The program will last between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 17, and will take place at Staunton Nissan and Subaru, located at 297 Lee Jackson Highway, Staunton, VA 24401.
