)-- Scott & White Healthcare recently renovated one of their hospitals, and as part of the renovation project the pharmacy needed to be organized for optimum use of space and productivity. Southwest Solutions Group worked with Scott & White to design a dual access shelving system with easily adjustable shelves to accommodate future supplies of different sizes. “We inventoried all of their SKU’s based on size, shape, weight, and activity; then, we optimized the floor space for space savings and productivity. Pharmaceuticals were organized in less than half the space and will provide an estimated 35% increase in restocking and retrieval time,” commented Matt Howell, Southwest Solutions Group’s Sales Engineer on the project.
