Talk of the Town Awards Expands Research Staff

New research team members increase Talk of the Town Awards program's ability to review and rate businesses.

Farmington Hills, MI, September 27, 2011 --( In an effort to identify businesses with top customer satisfaction ratings online, Celebration Media U.S. (CMUS) has recently expanded the Talk of the Town Awards research staff, adding new team members in early September.

The research findings come from a multitude of no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business-rating services, and other awards and accolades in order to determine a fair, unbiased rating through the CMUS Power Ratings® program. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the prestigious CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award. The scores are posted online at

This is the third year of active research conducted by CMUS and Talk of the Town News, which sponsors the Talk of the Town Awards. The company’s research strives to bring fairness to online ratings by averaging and calculating scores based on information provided through a host of online sites and services. This research and the awards are aimed at helping business owners who are committed to excelling in customer care and service.

In addition to expanding its research staff to continue monitoring and recognizing those businesses achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, CMUS will be publishing the fall edition of Customer Care News magazine in the final quarter. Articles in this edition include Employee Insight Drives Performance, People Power Sets the Pace for Innovation and Can an Employee Recognition Program Build Customer Loyalty?
