Rocket Gaming Systems® is pleased to announce that Carl J. Artman has joined the company as General Counsel. In this role, Artman will direct the legal and compliance affairs of the company. In addition, he will advise management on legal issues relative to corporate and tribal government affairs.

Artman is currently a professor at the Arizona State University College of Law and most recently served as an attorney and shareholder with Godfrey & Kahn, SC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has an extensive background in Indian gaming, having served with the United States Department of the Interior as Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs. Artman also served as chief legal counsel for the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin.

A graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and Washington University School of Law, Artman also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin School of Business as well as a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College.
