10 Local Businesses Receive ActionAWARDS for Quarterly Results

San Diego, CA-- Ten San Diego-based businesses were honored at the quarterly ActionAWARDS ceremony, following ActionCOACH’s GrowthCLUB 90-Day Planning Workshop on September 16th.
Among the coveted award winners was The Agency San Diego, who increased their profit by 279% over the same quarter last year. Simultaneously, their revenue also increased by 170%, and the value of their average sale increased by 127%. Owner/Partner, Joel Kordyak commented, “When we first started working with our Business Coach, Karie Kaufmann, almost two years ago, we were one month away from closing our doors. Now, our customer base has grown in both size and quality, we employ 8 staff, and we’re breaking records each month.”
The ActionAWARDS recognize ActionCOACH clients for outstanding results in the previous quarter, including: greatest percentage increase in the areas of lead generation, conversion rate, average dollar sale, increase in repeat business, revenue and profit, as well as improvement in the areas of financial mastery, operational efficiency and team development. In all, ten ActionCOACH clients received awards for significant growth and improvements.
Among the other award recipients was two-time ActionAWARD winner Smart Design CI, who increased sales conversion rate by 50%, as well as Swinehart Construction who increased its number of leads by 300% and number of transactions per customer by 66%. Good-Win Racing also increased repeat business by 11%, and revenues went up 19%, and Retire SD was honored for results in systemizing their business through better use of technology and staff training.
