)-- The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, has hired Tammy Karth-Sidles as Director of Management Services.
Karth-Sidles is responsible for overseeing property management services for Lincoln’s portfolio of 5.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah.
“Lincoln has added over 1,250,000 square feet of property management assignments this year, and Tammy’s expertise in managing large portfolios will ensure the highest level of service for our clients as we continue to expand in 2012,” said David Krumwiede, Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company.
Karth-Sidles brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate property management experience to LPC. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Karth-Sidles was Sr. Vice President, Regional Director of Real Estate Services for Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq where she oversaw a portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in nine cities throughout the western region. Her previous experience also includes senior property management roles with Opus Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle, and several institutional and overseas clients.
Karth-Sidles is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Society of Property Professionals and the Phoenix Community Alliance. She is also a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Tax Equity (CREATE). She holds a real estate salesperson license in the State of Arizona. Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska.
