On November 21st, the announcement of Jillian Pekel’s promotion to the management team is the second leadership addition K Marketing has made this year, helping the company come even closer to its plans to expand into multiple markets by the end of 2012.
K Marketing Group, a sales and marketing firm founded in April 2011, specializes in acquiring and retaining business accounts for Fortune 500 clients. The company focuses on reaching potential customers and maintaining current accounts through one on one personal interactions with business owners. They claim this personal relationship is the key to their success.
K Marketing’s current client is currently recognized as the leading mail-order office supply retailer in the United States. Between 1998 and 2009, this client grew from $500 million in revenues to over $1.3 billion.

Jillian was raised in Fremont, Michigan. A graduate from Central Michigan University, Jillian started in an entry level position with K Marketing. Like all executives in the company, Jillian worked her way up the ranks, learning the ropes through on the job training.
The new promotion gives K Marketing Group the added leadership needed to hit their expansion goals. The company plans to expand to four new marketing in the next twenty four months. The first of the four expansions is planned for the first quarter of 2012.
