Jill Montgomery, a Human Resources Professional for The Castleton Group, received her Bachelors Degree in Business at Wright State University in 2004, and began working with The Castleton Group of Ohio in 2004. As a Human Resources Professional, her responsibilities include consulting on the strategic direction of a client’s management team, and on an ongoing basis, investigate and answer questions from clients and work site employees regarding human resources matters including, but not limited to, benefits, payroll, workers’ compensation, leaves and discipline.
