Chaordix Launches New Crowdsourced Contest for Citizens to Engage in the Future of Telecommunications in Spain

Calgary, Canada, January 30, 2012 --( Orange Spain launches ideas competition, placing citizens at the heart of high-speed Internet and mobile broadband service innovation.

Chaordix™, the global standard in crowdsourced market intelligence, today announced the launch of a new crowdsourcing program for international telecommunications provider Orange Spain. The program's contest will engage citizens of Madrid and Viladecans to generate innovative ideas about what future telecoms services will look like, as access to high-speed Internet and high-bandwidth broadband continues to increase in the country.

Shelley Kuipers, CEO of Chaordix explained, “This is the second crowdsourcing program we have worked on with Orange, following the successful Orange UK mobile micro-charity program in 2011. Today, we're excited to help Orange collaborate with citizens about how telecommunication services of the future will enhance the lives of Spaniards.”

Immediately after the launch of the "High Speed Ideas" crowdsourcing community at, Orange was pleased to see participants rapidly engage in the submission of service ideas, enter into community discussions about potential concept improvements, and register for the opportunity to vote on best proposals and win prizes.
