Hotel Asset Value Enhancement Welcomes New Executive Vice President Richard E. Musgrove

Musgrove, CHA, CPM, CCIM, RPA has joined the company as Executive Vice President. According to Michelle Russo, President of hotelAVE, “Rich Musgrove comes to the company with extensive asset management experience and will undoubtedly be a valuable asset to the hotelAVE’s team.”

In order to better serve its Southwest and West Coast clients, Mr. Musgrove will join Kristin Knox, Vice President, as co-practice leader of hotelAVE’s West Coast practice.

Richard Musgrove will be occupying the role of Executive Vice President and is very excited to have the opportunity to bring his experience and knowledge to Hotel AVE’s existing team.

Mr. Musgrove comes to hotelAVE from Chartres Lodging Group. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
